An event is a single page view or redirect sent to DebugHawk from your WordPress site. Each event includes both frontend metrics (like Core Web Vitals and browser timings) and backend metrics (like server timings, slow queries, and outgoing requests).

By default, DebugHawk captures all events. Sampling lets you reduce the volume of data collected on a per-site basis, helping you reduce your event usage. This is especially useful on high-traffic sites where 10% sampling often provides enough data to reliably identify performance issues and trends.

If you exceed your event limit, DebugHawk will stop recording new events for that billing period. You can upgrade at any time, and you'll receive email notifications at 90% usage. Your existing data remains accessible, and monitoring will resume at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes, a credit card is required to start your 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial with no charges. Your trial includes full access to all features.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your monitoring will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Simply install our WordPress plugin and add your team's endpoint and secret key to your `wp-config.php` file. Sites and pages will automatically appear in the DebugHawk dashboard as they receive traffic. Installation typically takes 2 minutes.
